Subway

First time stopping at this subway and it was one of the best I've been too, from customer service to presentation and generosity of the fillings in my sandwich. No mess or loose salad. 10/10

Stopped on way home to Bolton,gent serving us was excellent,food is always consistent from subway,would we stop again for a sub -YES nice place.

Absolutely terrible service. I just wanted a sandwich. I’m medically exempt and I just wanted to quietly get a sandwich for me and my boy to share as we were both hungry. The lady serving proceeded to shout over a line of 4 people ‘where is your mask?’ And then demanded that I showed her proof that I was exempt. I was embarrassed and upset and felt victimised. I know lots of people don’t understand the medical exemption but at least train your staff to be a bit more understanding.

Staff are super friendly, I used to work close by so visited quite regularly. Recently in popped in a road trip and he knew what I wanted. Excellent customer service and warm welcoming friendly attitude.

Nice modern Subway location with friendly and helpful staff

I'm confused why every time I go in this subway there is only 1 person on shift? I've worked in a lot less busy subway and there was always AT LEAST 2 people on shift each day. The person serving is always super stressed and I'm always waiting a super long time

What we got did taste nice and seemed fresh but they hardly had anything available. No meatballs, no wraps, no white rolls, none of the sauces we wanted.
