Subway

I am a firm believer that Subway offers an excellent form of healthy fast food, accompanied by an affordable price.
Ingredients are mostly fresh and most sandwiches are made on the spot, including nearly compulsory salad.
Staff (the 'sandwich artists', a term I love) are helpful and sensitive to your requests. Just don't give in to those subtle offers of double cheese-something I think they make money on!

The Subway in Ware is no exception with helpful staff.

Forget the golden arches, captain chickens and kings of burgers for a healthier and tasteful fast food!

My son has special needs and makes noises when he is excited or un sure of where he is
A member of staff told me to get my son to shut up as he can not hear other customers another customer complained to the member of staff. I explained that he is special needs but was told that we have to stand hear and listen to it . I Spoke to his manger and explained that he is discriminating my son the manger did not offer an apologies but shrugged his shoulders. Not happy and you should train your staff regarding customers with special needs .

No offence but it's a Subway, standard wherever you go

I mean, it's a subway. You get what you expect: decent food, decent service, it's a small shop so it can get crowded and they get orders to prepare on top of customers to serve so be patient.

really nice sandwich tbh i had chicken tikka sub with cheese. however as i was eating it a guy from Rentokill (a pest extermination company) arrived and went upstairs, so it's not like they were here for a subway too. Still ate my sandwich tho ngl

I love this Subway because I went in to order at 5.30pm and all the salads were still fresh & crisp.

The woman who served me on a Friday night made my sandwich really well.
She single handedly served 4 back to back orders and did so with amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be back for more freshness!

WORSE THAN TERRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered at 1.20pm, food arrived at 3.15pm. Food was cold, bread was SOGGY and unedible, meal deal nachos were not only cold but SOGGY from being sat in sauce. Apparently the driver left at 2.30pm to deliver 5 mins away, it took 45 minutes! Best bit was the greasy cookie. Branch will not answer the phone under any circumstances, rings so long it just cuts out. WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Staff are friendly and efficient, and work under pressure. deffo understaffed but who isn’t lol. Haven’t got the best selection of drinks from the touch screen machine but they’ve got all I wanted 🥰 cheeeers lads
