Jacq's Sandwich Bar

Love this place, staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is always great. There's a wide range of food on offer for lunch at competitive prices to other sandwich shops in the area. They also sell a variety of chocolate bar cakes and delicious milkshakes. Jacq's is a lovely cafe where we always feel welcome, highly recommend

Had the most amazing and biggest burger this side of the Itchen bridge (made to order). Thanks to all the staff for friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Good quality bacon and egg baguette ,even managed throw mine all over the floor , not a problem for girls at Jacq's , got another on the go straight away for me , thank you ladies , cheers Barry

Lovely food at this place, a friendly atmosphere and clean. You must remember to call it Jacq's with a slight French accent and not "Jacks" as the owner gets upset about this. Only the other day I was discussing the Queen of the Iceni and the owner was offended as I said Boo-di-ca and he said it should be said bow-de-see-a, any way a right kerfuffle ensued resulting in me running from the shop while the owner shouted at me that I was a "Roman apologist" and I should "get back to my legion" what ever that means.

Very nice food and the lady who served us was very nice will be eating from there again
