Terrible food. Under cooked greasy! Not nice at all.

The staff are rude, they spend their time in the kitchens bad mouthing their customers. They are not at all respectful, they laugh at people's discomfort.

Ordered from the new menu today and it was gorgeous. Got the Big Fax burger and could barely pick it up it was that packed. Beautifully cooked and put together. Will definitely be making this a regular ordering spot. What a difference the new owners have made to this spot! The last time I ordered when the previous owners had it the food was greasy and looked and tasted like it'd been sat around for hours. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I will never in my life order from here again, it's took 2 hours for my food to arrive and when it finally did it was freezing! I had to rewarm my food!! And the food was rancid, would definitely NOT recommend this place to eat.

has gone down hill, foods still nice but the delivery times not upto scratch. we ordered and he must have drove his van in reverse to get here, as a result our food was as warm as a siberian winter

Ordered food at 11:07am now 12:36pm no food phone constantly engaged not the best you have taken my money so where's my food?
Edit: food turned up at 12:48pm luke warm but once re heated was actually really nice. Shame, let down by such shoddy service, don't promise what you can't deliver!

I had THE best ever Hunter's Chicken Panini .. my God, it was delicious!! Best £5 I've spent on food. Customer service was exceptional too, really friendly. Couldn't recommend enough 🤗

The big breakfast was horrible. The panini was messy and looked as if it had been drowned in cheese. The sausage was chewy and the bacon was undercooked. The toast was solidified. Very poor place.
