Friendly staff. Good food and fast service

Very poor customer service, staff are rude and don't know what they are doing. Hygiene is not great I witnessed staff dropping stuff on the floor and picking it back up to serve, then had the audacity to charge the customer. I will not be returning, the same lady is rude every single time I am in there.

Usually happy with subs from this branch. Today the sub was very poorly assembled and basically fallen apart after a 5 min walk. Also I have ordered a multiseed bread... didn't notice until I took the first bite that it's not multiseed

if I could gives less than 1 i would unfortunately. I would usually go there for my work lunch now and again pre-covid, the service there was passable (although most of the staff would chat with themselves and felt like i was a nuisance when ordering a sub - more than once).

So partner and i decided to order through uber eats to have it delivered (haven't had it for ages and got excited to have one ! :) )

so when it turned up my partner had not received what was ordered, ( has severe allergy to the ingredients provided in her sub - was not ordered )

Decided to give them a ring to see if another could be sent out with what she has ordered, only to have a very rude middle aged lady on the other end of the phone , basically berated my partner, and tried to blame both her and uber eats for the order being wrong. Was in no way apologetic, very rude and basically said go to to uber eats and get lost !
( not impressed by that comment!)

Safe to say i will be going there in future, and would warning others , unless they want to be treated poorly when going for lunch , then tried the other one in shopping centre near tesco.

Incredibly slow service, and delivery app orders interrupting service to customers in store.

I must admit I enjoyed my purchase just felt the staff could have shown that they actually wanted to be there, plus we're very tight with the portions

The subs were excellent as usual but the service diabolical. They take telephone orders and the two guys worked on these while they served us. He asked me four times what I wanted in between making the phone order, total lack of customer focus. Took an age to get four subs sorted out, lucky I really wanted one otherwise would have walked out.

Doesn't look great with the tables that are taped off and some of the filling fell out of my sandwich when I was eating it, but staff polite and friendly, and great location 😀
