Surprised at the interior...from the outside the place looked smaller and perhaps worn. Food very good the Mediterranean way...and staff efficient and fast. Seemed very popular.

Can management explain what happens to the recycling in this store as I think the customers are being duped by your recycling dept/management 🤷COP 27 2022... Can you explain your recycling at the front of the hub for recycling as it looks like the majority of it just goes in black plastic bags COP20🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷Howsa is it going in the meetings 🤝 to SAVE the 🌐2022

Food was nice drinks were nice, however It was my first time ever I visited, so when I picket up my cappuccinos they had chocolate on top and I'm intolerant to chocolate so I politely asked if I could have my cappuccino without chocolate (every other brand asks for chocolate before they put in there) but apparently I'm supposed to ask for a white cappuccino which I wasn't aware off. The lady was so straight upset telling me how shall I ask and told me will be a wait for my cappuccino which I understand it was a bit of que. But I wish I never felt that unwanted in a brand I had never visited before. 🙄

Absolutely fantastic service, I work for a certain chicken company and the boys in today really looked after me, I didn’t catch there names but I came in around 3:30 on the 25th November.

Usually in places when I get “free” or “discounted” stuff the service isn’t really that great but Pret with it’s outstanding coffee subscription giving out all of their fresh barista made drinks along with splendid customer service is simply just raising the bar too high for other cafes. The staff are really doing a fantastic job and tbh I’m hooked to this place now! In my 2 months of visiting this Pret almost everyday I’ve never had any issues with anything. The food is also constantly restocked/fresh.

I visited at 5:10pm , the shop was clean , I have been served by a nice lovely lady must be the manager , I have ordered a decaf latté and a cake for my son , coffee was amazing and my son enjoyed the dark chocolate almond cookie ; thank you for the good service

I love Chelmsford's Pret. It's way better than in London. With its own atmosphere, helpful and polite team always!
