Subway

This has got to be my worst ever experience. Rude customer service, poor quality bread, badly made sandwich, horrible taste of machine drink, cold old cookie, dirty tables, the staff member started cleaning the tables in the most unprofessional and casual way, spraying from far away, throwing chairs, banging tables, then she was genius enough to use the same broom for the floor on the chairs as well, absolutely disgusting staff member, and the worst of the worst part black hair not belonging to me in the sandwich. Chucked it in the bin. Shameful.

Outstanding customer service, very friendly staff, sandwiches were made care and tasted so fresh, will definitely eat from here again. The store was very clean

One person working she was amazing. Did our subs perfectly and she was very nice and polite. Very Good & Fast Customer Service.

The actual place was OK, but we visited at night and outside its swarming with rats !!!!! Literally they were everywhere, huge, the males were sat, spread legged at the tables with a meatball marinara, and im sure i spotted one chugging a white lightening from the garage, all while females looked after the babies, getting scraps of Chicken and the leftover red onion from the floor ..

Good fresh food, made to order. I ordered a beef steak and cheese, feel the cheese was very light, but additional salad and sauce were fine.
Fractionally more expensive than I wanted to pay, in thinking a super market meal deal would be 3 to 4 pounds, so this would be good for about 7 quid, but I paid almost a tenner for myself and my mate. Service was polite but mechanical, get me in, get me out. Would come again but not in a hurry

We had it before in store was really good, but today had delivery and it was absolutely bad. Footlong tuna sandwich but very little amount of tuna and it was too salty to eat. Ordered two sauce but there was no sauce. Couldn't eat at all. Really disappointed and will not go back again.

Not impressed today I am afraid. Three members of staff, but only one really doing the bulk of the work. Incredibly slow service, really not good. Lunchtime order and they had run out of tomatoes. The store is next door to one discount supermarket and opposite a another large supermarket. The staff would have known before the lunch session started about the lack of tomatoes - why did they not replenish them from either supermarket? When it came to adding the salad items the application of items was incredibly stingy and I had to ask several times if they could put more on. Each time I asked I was given a look by the member of staff to say what an inconvenience I was being to their life. So really poor customer service to add to really slow service. This will simply not engineer customer loyalty and repeat visits. Must do better

Each time I have had a great subway, promptly without any substantial queue, from relaxed happy seeming staff, and my belly has been full.

One thing though - there's no point in putting the tissues at the far end of a wet sub, as they can't be got at without stuffing a hand past the food!
