The staff in there are so friendly and also helpful. Rey always remembers what I have for food every time I go in there. Always has a smile on her face and always has a chat. The other staff in there are also very friendly and always have smiles on there faces. I will keep going here to receive this good customer service.

A few weeks ago, I opted to have the meal deal which includes a refillable soda cup, but I was overcharged an extra 30p for bottled drink upgrade that I did not have! When I complained to the social media team, they promptly acknowledgement me and referred the complaint directly to the franchise owner. To this date even despite chasing them again, the franchise owner completely ignored my complaint, and clearly couldn't even be bothered to apologise. So as a point of principle despite the amount overcharged being relatively small, I shall not return or recommend on that basis.

at this point the staff should just take vegan things off the menu, as my order gets cancelled everytime I try to buy things via deliveroo. funnily enough, when my flatmate orders a regular meat sandwich, they accept & deliver it straight away. just a joke.

Arrived at 08.10 and wasn't open worker was cleaning the oven and opened the shop at 08.18 surely that should be done in the evening

Very pleasant staff but my Urdu is very limited so communication was a little difficult

Food great ! But one of the girls really rude! And plus not wearing gloves , having headphones on and rings on! Unprofessional!

Would give 5 stars but haven’t seen Maria for a while and service seems to have slipped as a result.
