Got served by a great young worker called josh but he was disrespected by his senior member of staff a grumpy old man that’s put me off the place only recommend if u want food poisoning

Great service provided by Harry, he paid detail attention to my order, very happy with friendly service. More choices on drinks and snacks, clean looking store, overall great experience, would come back again.

Called them to report hair in my delivery food order and they were not interested at all. Didn’t want to know. Gross.

Unbelievably bad - STAY away 1 star is too much! Never been that keen on the place as I always felt that not only the cleaning was an issue but the place looked different than other SUBWAY stores, not all the products available, tired looking display, handwritten messages attached on the counter display but as is walking distance for us I sometime closed my eyes for a quick bite during lunch. Today in particular the rude woman which looks like the owner lost the plot. Not only she was putting pressure on the untrained staff member on her first day making unnecessarily comments and remarks (in front of the customers) but she decided is good idea to have a go at us too that only locals can pay with Subway points. She claimed that we are not locals and she never seen us in the shop! (Obviously she haven't made any effort to interact with the locals and this is for sure the LAST TIME I have walked in that place under the current management). She than turned around and carried on with the online orders. After waiting waiting 30' we where happy to be served but quickly became unlucky as our sub had to be redone (new staff member drop the sub at the till). I would have definitely change my mind by now but lunch time was almost gone and no time for a rethink, plus we have already scan/pay for the food. And the audacity doesn't stop here, the "owner' which was asked by the new staff member to rap the sub so the history doesn't repeat, turns to me and says I will not give you the sub if you are going to write a bad review. This is why I have decided not only to write this review in Google but contact Subway, this woman shouldn't be in customer facing positions and she should learn some skills.
