Pret a Manger

Unfortunately it was difficult to get a seat at 3.30pm. Upstairs was closed and downstairs all tables for occupied, half of them by people working on their laptops. They're advertising the lounge and dining room upstairs but you have to squeeze in downstairs. Why? Lots of people left before purchasing anything because they couldn't find a seat. Very bad for business! I was really disappointed.

Dreadful staff. They are rude, surly and make it obvious that they can't be bothered with customers. They have absolutely no concept of customer service.
If you need some cutlery or the toilet you are seen as a major nuisance.

We bought soup, among several other food items, but there were no spoons to eat with. We were told they were by the door, despite us saying there were none. They begrudgingly got us some spoons. Then we needed the toilet and they wouldn't let us use upstairs.

This is the THIRD time this has happened and they make you beg to use the downstairs loo......only unlocking it for us after we've caused a scene. They always say there's someone in there. You have to stand there waiting for several minutes, constantly insisting that there's no sign of anyone being in there. They'll argue with you for ages before finally getting the key and letting you use it. Then they don't apologise. They are an absolute disgrace. I used to go here regularly with my family. I will never go here again.

Amazing place to have coffee and their meatball wrap is amazing….I just love it

Disgusting level of hygiene. There was a broken egg in front of the door. Additional litter everywhere including inside of the shop.
Male csa was rude and totally out of place for a job like this. Sadly the manager was of no help as well as according to her it was a misunderstanding behind the behavior of her colleague and didn’t even offer an apology.
It is definitely the last time for me shopping there and will make sure that others follow.

Toilets not accessible for people with disabilities as up two flights of steep steps. Food very nice though.

Standard Pret fayre, good location. A bit dull inside, toilets out of use during our visit.

Good food and coffee. Most of the toilets closed early (or all day) as often seems to happen in these altered times.

Not too crowded, but as a fairly cautious returner to coffee shops I'd appreciate it if they didn't keep shutting the front door as the heating was easily sufficient.

The staff here are absolutely friendly. They are kind and quick. Service is speedy and never get the order wrong. Food is great quality and the drinks are great value for money. The Pret Coffee Sub is also a brilliant idea.
