Subway

Not sure why I was asked cheese and toasted when my sub came to me cold and unmelted. Very disappointed in my experience, expected a lot more from Subways!

Their service is very bad, my children always say that there is no enough filling in there and they r not full. They put really little chicken tikka and salads and when i tell them to put more they will be rude and other employees sometimes put good others are just rude. The sub was completely empty as we were just eating bread. One lady was very rude and shouted at me when I only asked her why are all employees like this and don’t treat customers good way as we r paying for our food therefore the return should also be good. Plsss fix this problem and improve your service we r paying u we r not asking for something free. We are regular customers an always buy 4x a month. This is in Hounslow london near petrol pump and Tesco hayes

Subway sent us coupons to redeem at the store and when we visited the store, the staff put a board saying that they do not accept the vouchers and refused to take the vouchers even after many requests. This is a question for subway. Why do u send vouchers to houses if you dont allow us toredeem them? I am not at all happy with the service and the staff at the store.

Updated times needed, it's 5.30pm and closed early, website states 6pm.

The worst subway I ever seen there is one guy he is sooo lazy to take orders his name is Steven sooo rude he upset my day with his worst behavior hope the store manager will take action on him

Unbelievably slow and only 2 staff in shop was ridiculous for a subway on the high street.

Great experience on thurs 10/11. Rose was so warm and welcoming, made a small transaction meaningful 🧡 and the sub was lovely.
