Female staff pulls long faces while the gentlemen working there are pretty polite .

You can expect good quality food from this bakery! Everything taste as good as they look!

Only thing I thought was a tad disappointing is the price difference between dining in and taking out. You can expect to pay £1 more on each item just for dining in. That can add up to £3-£4 easily!

Otherwise, I’d highly recommend!

Paul has always been my all time favorite bakery cafe when I visit Europe. It offers a fantastic range of breads, pastries and sandwiches. Not forgetting decent coffee too. This particular branch offers nothing short of Paul’s standard. Great tasting sandwiches and full bodied coffee (they use Lavazza beans by the way). Lunch meal satisfied.

A well-stocked bakery just across from the Gloucester Road underground station. Breakfast pastries, luscious French patisserie, bread sticks and rounds—they have it all. This chain seems quite reliable for diverse selection and quality.

I was very disappointed with the service and the purchase I made here. The hot chocolate was horrible, but was so expensive you felt you had to drink it. The baguette was okay nothing special. There was tables available if you purchased food and drink to eat in, over half were occupied by people with take away. The server told me this did not happen??? I had to share a table because of this, not impressed.

I love a Paul, it has everything you could want from a French patisserie in the heart of London, and my favourite apricot slices! Coffee is great, food also yummy. Friendly, professional service.

I thought it was good, offered outdoor seating, my Earl Grey tea was good, I liked my sandwich though the bread also seemed, not stale but a little tough. Customer service was helpful and pleasant, place kept clean. I ordered as takeout and ate outside but if you order as dine in they'll give you an actual mug and plate to use. Overall nice experience though not something I'd be saying "wow!" to or get all excited over which is why I'm giving 4/5 stars.

PAUL is as good as it gets for baked foods, and there's a reason why there's a location on almost every other corner! The food is delicious (I've had a chocolate croissant almost everyday of my week-long vacation in London), and everything is so reasonably priced! You pay just a few pence more if you're dining in rather than taking your food to go.

When my family and I were visiting Paris, we found a PAUL location inside the Gare du Nord. This place is seriously the best, and I wish they had more locations in the United States so I could eat here everyday!

Great taste! One of the best coffee I have taste. It's a very small shop and fits around 10 to 12 customers inside. Has a small toilet. It's a bit confuse if you get there during morning which is the hush hour there. Everyone is in and out.
