Worst staff ever, female staffs are condecending unwelcoming and disrespectful, constatnly giving dirty looks and showing no efffort to serve you, side eyeing you like youre some sort of animal. 2 skINNY indian girls both need to be fired. plus the garlic and herb bread ALWAYS seems to be finsihed.

this subway is one of the top best, very clean and very friendly staffs. i have came to this subway many times before and always satisfied and food is always delicious. thank you everyone in Hayes with the great customer service

I go in to Hayes Subway quite regularly and two staff amanpreet and Farah are very helpful and friendly everytime I go in to the store with great smile in their faces, thank you to them.

One of the ladies that works there on Saturday evening(don’t know her name she didn’t have a badge) has the worst customer service skills and knows nothing about the offers subway run and the app. She got asked to check how many points I have on my subway card and she told me 1000. When it came to paying she then says no you have 250 so I have to pay for the item. She says I can’t upgrade to a bottled drink even paying more and I have to have a cup when buying a meal. She was rude and kept telling me to hurry up even though I ordered multiple meals for my family.. I never write replies and always go to this subway but as long as she is there, you will not see me.

Kindly tell the two ladies working over there that how to wrap the sandwich or sub ,they even don’t know how to wrap paper around sub and due to there worst packing skills ruins the taste of sub or sandwich as everything coming out of sandwich due to its loose packing . Really like this subway and use to go there often but now all the experience of subway ruined due to those ladies working there . Kindly let them know how to pack food please .

Kindly tell your staff to pay attention towards customers when they are serving. one lady name karoina who was making my sandwich today noon left my sandwich in mid and start feeding little girl standing next to her with same golves she started my sandwich again and that little girl keep on interrupting her till my samdwich is made you should keep children at safe place while you serving customers my sadwich was so cold and she became very rude I when ask for reorder totaly zero service skills

I went to Subway on Friday 23/12 around 16,as I entered I greeted the asian lady behind the counter ,but no reply..straight to business,I ask her for 12 cookies was not easy the first time so i had to repeat my order,she was very cold specially on this festive season..I paid,said thank you and left very disappointed …I won’t be returning to that brunch.

Thank you for bringing back my belief for subways; the lovely Shiva who took the time and effort to assess my order meticulously packaged and beautifully presented my meal. This surprised me and took me back by how fast and efficient the order arrived within five minutes of ordering it. I think I found my go-to reliable subways.
