amazing food at fraction of a price i would have at other places, the staff was welcoming and the quality and portion size was good. overall would love to visit again.

Great experience overall, all items were fresh, place was clean and tidy and the staff was very courteous.

Freshly baked breads, standard Subway taste, clean place and helpful staff makes Subway Norfolk House a must go eatery!

Food an services were good but a lacking in atmosphere

Arrived at 21:45 to find the door locked (despite closing at 10 and the sign saying open). Unhelpful member of staff refused to let me in because he was "busy doing delivery orders".
The joke is on him - I ordered on the subway app, its now 22:05 and he's making my sandwich.
This is unusual for this store, the manager is always super friendly so I wouldn't let this put you off coming down normally for lunch.

Team behind the counter have been instructed to cut meatballs in half..! So a 6 inch sub now only has 2 full meatballs cut in half to be spread out, and a footlong only 4..! Stingy practices hurting otherwise tasty food.

No, I have had Mega Meat sandwiches from other Subway outlets and never faced this. Moreover, I didn't mistakenly order another sandwich and was not in a rush. I've even added a photo from the Subway website which clearly shows 4x full meatballs for a 6 inch sub... Please do not push blame on to customers.

Very tasty sandwiches! Definitely worth the money !
