I travelled 25 minutes to get few cakes for my family for womens day … Google shows closing at 9 turned up at 18:15 it was already closed…
Sort your opening times out! Disappointing and very annoying! How can a massive company like Paul’s fail like that… what are the ops managers doing? If you close your branch early, due to lack of business or pandemic , whatever at least inform your guest through the internet ! I am very very angry !

Best pastries and coffee in Hammersmith, great selection of baguettes & savouries. 10 x mini chocolatecdoughnuts for £5, a bargain and v popular at the office👍😋

I know… the girl inside started screaming and was very rude saying that nobody gave her anything.. while her colleague was embarrassed.. I spare the details as it’s partially my fault.. BUT…

Prices on items are out of date and charged more at till without being informed.

Our go to sandwich shop, rarely fails on choice for tasty options and superb selection of sweat treats. Their seeded loaf is a regular in the bread bin. They also do a rich hotchocolate/mocha option that does need to be tried.

I go everyday for my sandwich and bread, but I was treated so badly by a gentleman who couldn't be bother to look at me when asking a question about a patisserie so I left without buying anything , I was the only client there on Saturday midday so not great for business to ignore client.
I therefore went to Oree and they were so polite and helpful.
That is what I call customer service.
