Subway

Awful service. Came at 7:49. Door locked. Sign said closed at 8pm. Had to go through the BK entrance and ask if it was open. Emily threw down her mop and went round the back. Proceeded to speed make my orders for my family. Missed 1 sandwich and toasted the wrong one. Blamed it on me. Had to ask to put more salad especially olives on the salad bowl. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her shift and couldn't close in time because she had to serve someone to make some money! Customer service skills like a smile, eye contact act and polite conversation makes for a pleasant experience. Doesn't cost anything.

Nice place, lovely friendly staff. Always seems to be clean and well stocked up. Easy to get to aswell, right next door to burger king, and across the road from the bus station for those that don't drive. Plenty of seating inside too if you don't want to take away!

Out of all the subways I've been to, this has actually been the best. They actually give you a decent amount of filling on the sandwich.

The staff are generally polite.

The only downside is the absolutely vile, dirty tables. But I'm not sure whose responsibly it is to clean them as it spans across all 3 chains of shop.

Ordered online for pickup and wasn't clear what process was once inside. Waited in line for while only to find my food was sat on table in restaurant waiting for me. Food was fine and service normally good. Social distancing measures in place.

Nice subway located inside with burger king. Staff members was very friendly and smiley especially the young lady. The food was good and the place was clean and tidy. I did notice though that the prices where a bit higher than previous subways iv been to.

Stopped off during a working day, they had a good selection of bread and fillings but it's so expensive for a sandwich! Staff were great.

Quick visit, staff were really friendly and professional, not too expensive and tasted fantastic.

The TLC (Tastes Like Chicken) sub was fantastic and their double chocolate vegan cookie was amazing.

The article I read informed me the 'bread' isn't actually bread because of its sugar content. I used to eat here a lot now I've come to learn how misleading the product is and the corporate slogan of eat fresh is misleading.
