Order from here a couple of times a week and yet when they get an order wrong they become unhelpful and argue that there was cheese put on when there was no cheese and it would have melted when toasted but it wasn't even toasted. Poor customer service and having a go at a customer is unacceptable.

Absolutely awful food lol ordered to my house on Uber eats they put the wrong salad on my food , the hashbrowns were litterally chewy and cold and the cookies had a date covered over with a date saying that they go out of date after today

Usually have a lovely meal from here… this evening we ordered from here as a midweek treat.

The order arrived and it was wrong (completely wrong sauces on the orders and things added on the salads that we’d not asked for!) and missing items… called the restaurant to see about getting the missing items sent out to us to be told they couldn’t do this due to us going through a third party and that we need to go through them for a refund. We didn’t want a refund, we just wanted our items and correct order!

We asked to speak to the manager and were told there wasn’t one on the premises… the girls on the phone seemed rather disinterested in offering a sincere apology or trying to rectify the situation in the slightest, instead being told they’d been very busy.

Why should we have to go through a third party to receive a refund, in a few days time… when it was YOUR mistake, which YOU didn’t check before sending the order out?! We just wanted what we paid for… else we wouldn’t have ordered them.

Quite a deflating end to something we were looking forward to.

Went to get a subway today for a good friend of mine, who's lad loves the sandwiches, but has no subway near their town, so I made a request today for it to be sorted separately, Manmeet, who served me, was so professional and polite and really helped me out. I know it's not a big ask, but some others can be quite moody about other requests and I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism, well done Manmeet, you've made a young man very happy without the soggy bread, thank you

Food is mediocre at best, generally bland, like they removed salt or something from the products and frequently cold.
Don't bother ordering delivery, always stone cold.
Also burn the meatballs by not stiring them when microwaved, like eating gravel. Extremely off-putting I used to like them but won't order any more.

Ordered a delivery. It became delayed. When it arrived, it was missing a drink. After phoning 8 times the phone was finally answered, and we were told that they could not send anyone out to deliver it, despite having paid £2.50 for a delivery, but would have to either collect it ourselves, or go on the website and get a refund. We felt like they were not bothered at all, and were absolutely no help. My partner went to collect the drink, meanwhile food went cold, and was not the best either. What a waste of money. Will be using another one next time.
