Subway

Decent enough example of the franchise, situated on the rear of a convenience store. Limited number of filling choices, but it is clean and the staff are extremely pleasant.

Really disappointed. We ordered a platter 4 days before collection today, Saturday 9th July. It had not been made, confusion over had they noted the order....total shambles. We had to wait while it was made and fillings requested were left out. We order a few of these each year when entertaining fir lunch......Next one will be ordered from Chatteris!

Fuming! I ordered on the Just Eat app, they took over an hour to arrive 2 foot long subs and 2 bottles of Pepsie.

I tried calling Subway, regarding my order and they hung up on me 10 times! I wasn't even sure if my order was going to arrive.

When the delivery guy got here he really banged on the door ( I am a regular customer and they have previously used the door bell). He then proceeded to run into his car without even an apology.

Then I opened the monstrosity. I was absaloutly disgusted with what was before my eyes, not a gloriously put together sub, although a "thrown together" mess, that's the kindest way to describe it. It was horrific, the sub was meant to be toasted and so was the other sub - both weren't. Items were missing and sauces.

I had to stop eating my Subway half way, the chicken really tasted off and I have felt sick since eating it too. I'm worried its old meat and that I'm going to get food poisoning or become ill from eating this.

If I am sick I will go to my Dr's tomorrow and get this store reported to trading standards.

I also will be contacting head office for a FULL refund.

Do not even bother with this Subway!

Lovely fresh ingredients, everything available, nice atmosphere and friendly staff, quick, efficient service, I would definitely recommend 👍

The sandwich i had tasted great and the staff were lovely, following covid procedure. Can't fault them, thank you for making me feel welcome
