What a dirty place this is. The tables, trays and floor are always grubby and I have never seen staff wiping surfaces or sweeping up crumbs.

Today our table and tray were dirty and sticky as usual. I told the duty manager what I thought of the state of the place. He mumbled something and went back to playing on his phone. Nobody did any cleaning for the whole of the 45 minutes or so of our stay.

We had been popping in regularly for brunch and always found it dirty. What were we thinking?
Enough is enough, we won't be back.

Very small thay have only two seater tables and not that many, gets very warm inside because of the glass window

I went in today (11th march 2018) to pick up some food for my coworkers as they love the sandwiches, and there was a huge que and only one person serving. However, despite clearly being under a lot of pressure, he was polite, incredibly fast and above all very professional. He admitted to anyone that asked that he had let a member of staff go early as there had been hardly any custom and then felt personally responsible for the wait times. The sandwiches were made perfectly (despite being made at about 100mph) and I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. This is thus more a commendation of that particular member of staff (ty I believe his name was) but I do believe that he did himself and the franchise proud and I am a very happy customer purely because of the way he dealt with a difficult situation. (Also my co-workers scoffed their sandwiches almost as quickly as they were made so I'd take that as a recommendation from them too).

Visited this place today upon Arriving the table hadnt been cleaned so had to ask a member of staff to clean it , to which he didnt seem very happy to do so . Myself & daughter Noticed there was alot of food on the floor below the tables &-chairs & everything looked grubby . Also the lady that served us was not polite ,she rolled her eyes when my daughter asked her change something . All in all wont be returning it needs a good clean & the staff need retraining in customer Skills .

Absolutely appalling service had a spicy Italian the guy put on 2 strings of pepper about 3 onions and about 2 jalapeños had to ask for extra onions he put on an extra 2 no kidding!!! By the looks of it the guy couldn’t be arsed refilling the salad probably more for him on his break.

Went in and was served by a guy named Jack and he was super nice and chatty and made my sandwich perfectly. Thanks Jack!

Nachos are just awful recently had burnt bread instead of toasted cookies are a gamble either rock solid or really nice and soft. Never get cheese on my meatballs even tho it states on the delivery they are served with cheese only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star is due to the delivery drivers I've had. They are polite and usually on time.
