DO NOT GO HERE - DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

I just bought a subway using Uber Eats and I can’t believe what I was delivered. The sandwich is tough as hard rubber, and I’m just trying to figure out what they have done with the salad that’s suppose to be on there, two and a half cucumbers, four gherkins and four small lettuce leaves that are out of date, it’s turned brown. Is this acceptable? No it’s not. I bought a six inch not a sandwich the size of a crumb.

Very bad experience. Kamal at the counter wasn't ready to put sufficient vegetables on being reminded twice and when asked for third time, he said this is standard. Then went on to say there tiny pieces of an onion ring and bell pepper is the usual they put. Not the first time I'm having a sub!

Food was ok and same as other Subways. Does not seem to taste as good as before and the prices have gone up after the meal deals were removed.

It's not good food but to get there and they are out of food is ridiculous.

The staff who work here on Sundays are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills.
One Asian elder man and another Asian guy with glasses.

Clearly English is not their first language, yet they questioned me whether I can read English due to me not understanding why they were charging more than the price board. Been going to this store for over 3 years first time I met these rude staff members.

Online it mentions this store opens 8AM, however in the store front it says 9AM.

I arrived 09:10, immediately the old man shouts at me we are not open yet, come later.
Why is the front door open if your closed?
within 3 minutes of me leaving, it seems one of their friends or families arrived which they were happily serving..

How dare you guys treat people so rudely.
Subway is such a big fast food international brand which is losing its reputation in this branch.

Wish I could give this Subway 0 stars as feedback. I went to this subway in morning around 10:45 am. There were 2 ladies in the shift. But the one who was serving us was extremely rude and was not able to even serve us properly.
She was yawning in front of us and not even keeping hand on mouth. That’s such a shameful thing.

Subway has always been good to me till date but today I was extremely disappointed. They should probably be trained at “customer service” and hygiene practices”

Not much seating. One customer spilled their drink and moved to the other available seat. Then they made that seating area dirty. I had to ask for napkins to clean the area but a staff member came out with a mop and also cleaned the area I wanted to sit when the other customer left.
