I just bought a subway using Uber Eats and I can’t believe what I was delivered. The sandwich is tough as hard rubber, and I’m just trying to figure out what they have done with the salad that’s suppose to be on there, two and a half cucumbers, four gherkins and four small lettuce leaves that are out of date, it’s turned brown. Is this acceptable? No it’s not. I bought a six inch not a sandwich the size of a crumb.

Clearly English is not their first language, yet they questioned me whether I can read English due to me not understanding why they were charging more than the price board. Been going to this store for over 3 years first time I met these rude staff members.
Online it mentions this store opens 8AM, however in the store front it says 9AM.
I arrived 09:10, immediately the old man shouts at me we are not open yet, come later.
Why is the front door open if your closed?
within 3 minutes of me leaving, it seems one of their friends or families arrived which they were happily serving..
How dare you guys treat people so rudely.
Subway is such a big fast food international brand which is losing its reputation in this branch.

She was yawning in front of us and not even keeping hand on mouth. That’s such a shameful thing.
Subway has always been good to me till date but today I was extremely disappointed. They should probably be trained at “customer service” and hygiene practices”
