Awful customer service - young employee had literally no idea what a 'footlong' is! Just repeatedly asked me in a frustrated tone whether I wanted a "small or large!?"... When I asked for a bit of everything from the salad section the young fair haired girl piled some of the toppings all in the middle without spreading them out, then when I asked for some peppers and gherkins as well, a short Asian guy told me that "it won't fold" without even trying and then proceeded to tell me that I "can eat it with a knife and fork" and embarrassingly gave me cutlery, a tray and an uncut unwrapped sub! When I got to the table and spread out the toppings it folded fine.. Will definitely be avoiding this Subway next time!

Awesome food, love the new wraps. Staff were slow and not particularly helpful. Lots of places to sit nearby which is handy and it's in a convenient location near lots of shops.

Went up to the counter without a cue twice got ignored both times, didn’t seem to want to make any sandwich’s

Never open, toaster always broken. Lady at the counter is cranky all the time. What kind of outlet is this! Terrible

Went to this Subway yesterday Friday 8th about 12. I have never been treated so badly Placed my order only to be told very rudely that they didn’t have it, and to hurry up a choose something else. We were the only people there. We left without ordering and will not be going back. If this is how customers are treated im surprise they get any customers at all.
