Subway

I been to most subways . Staff weren't super friendly with the service , could been alot better . Portions for salad was the least I have ever been given . Very disappointed

The serving staff was incredibly miserable and impolite. She seemed unable to use the words "please", "thank you", or "sorry", nor did she offer any explanation as to why requested menu items were unavailable; she would simply say, "No." When I asked her if I could have certain items. This is not the first time I have had the misfortune of dealing with this member of staff, so I can now safely say she is always this unpleasant.

Best run Subway I have ever visited, with extremely happy, pleasant staff. It's only a very small premises but does the job.

Fantastic. Really lovely staff on 10/07/22 served me despite having already closed. The owner should be overjoyed that he has such great people onboard.

Very poor service. Only 2 staff in the store. But despite being a queue of customers one of the two decided it was more important to fill the fridge (which was already plenty full enough) with bottled drinks.
The lady serving was… is there a word for slower than slow? I wondered if there was a time zone over the counter?! They also did not have any brown breads (despite them being advertised to order) or the sauce I wanted.

I love subway, but it’s a very rare treat. Will not ever be using this particular store again. Not even an apology for the wait time. (I’m wondering if the even large line of customers that had formed behind me are still stood waiting for their lunches?!)

Worst subway ever had ,order something got delivered different food ,even drinks ,never ever order from them,disgusting!!!!

The food was okay, but the offer I had wouldn't go through the till, and not for the first time here either. I suspect they just use the till not accepting it as an excuse not to run them so they only get cash sales. Plus they had very poor customer communication and seemed fairly disinterested.

Ordered a steak and cheese footling and a tikka wrap. The wrap was toasted too much so it was very crispy, the steak and cheese was a little too toasted for my liking too and was slightly burnt. The toppings which I asked for weren't very generous at all. I think I have 3 onions on my stick. Had to repeat instructions numerous occasions before things got sorted. I asked for a bag before payment and wasn't charged but wasn't given one, then asked again and was told I need to pay for one.

Overall not the greatest service I've had a subway. People seemed very confused.
