Subway

Been here three times now and each time the bread was really dry and stale.
Their filling portions are stingy and they hold back on the sauce like it’s made of gold.
Best subway in this area has to be the one near the cinema. Avoid this place for a while.

It's my second time here, the service is really bad, the lady on the counter does not understand and always put an expensive deal in your order, it happened to me first then I thought its just a mistake but they try to charge you extra all the time, she was rude, salad doesn't look fresh,not using them again, very disappointed as subway has a reputation with quality food and quality service !!!

Give you a really small amount of fillings and almost no sauce. They also refused to give me tap water? Just go to the one in town

The lady is rude, puts ridiculously small portions, very unprofessional, and somehow managed to charged me just under £10 for a footlong and a drink

Some of the workers in this subway do not know how to count 8 meatballs and also do not know how to close a sandwich if all the salad has been included. I was actually asked how the sandwich should be closed if it contains a mix of all salad and meatballs. Don't these people get basic training and know what common sense is? How about putting a bit less salad in order to be able to close the sandwich?

Failed to accept Just Eat order multiple times. Staff seem lazy and incapable. Avoid at all costs as there other Subway stores in the area.

Rude lady at counter. Refuses to take subway deals.

Quite rude staff will avoid in future and go to Bellfields one instead. The guy mumbles and doesnt answer questions. The woman was really rude to the customer after me. Said they dont do kids meals and was quite argumentative. Kept shouting at the guy there and both of them were talking to each other mostly rather than the customers. Staff personal hygiene rather poor and could smell the strong body odour even with the plexiglass screen. Very off putting.
