Upper Crust

Got served by a young gentleman this morning. I went over to the stand because they advertised "Add a selected drink with baguettes for £1.50" I asked the staff member which drinks were included and he says the deal was expired. He also didn't know that he had the 2 signs up behind him! Didn't think it was very good to have misleading advertising, feeling very disappointed. Hope the company can improve on this.

Ordered a TooGoodToGo to be collected today from 17:00 to 17:45PM. Spent about half an hour asking where it was and running about in the cold and found out I had to actually be inside the train station. Luckily they let me in when I showed them I had an order and didn’t have to pay, but it was freezing and it was very hard to find until I went to the train staff. I arrived at 17:15PM and they were shut, I checked my bank and they have also took my money. It also says on Google they’re open until 6PM today, so 💀 sort it out.

Dreadful, didn’t have time to return it. Almost 1/2 of the baguette was dry - most definitely not worth the price!

Stopped by to grab a coffee before my train and was served by a lovely, young man called Jacob. Very polite and courteous, he should be promoted to supervisor…credit to your team and company.

I was served a lovely, well-made mocha and baguette by Jacob a few days ago, he was very efficient and enthusiastic and served me with a smile :)

Jacob (in the cambridge train station branch) was really polite and friendly. It was a pleasure being served a bacon buttie by him this morning, and I hope he progresses up the ranks to "supervisor" soon.
