The smallest portion in a roll everytime..... so tight on the filling ... worst place in ipswich

Waiting time far to long. Unless you visit earlier in the day its always in a mess need to clean up floor more often. Staff friendly enough tho and food is tasty.

Food was OK but I didn't like that there were bits of sweetcorn and other bits mixed in with the lettuce in the counter, you always end up with bits you didnt want. Other subways seem to make the effort not to.

I counted my cash and had exact money. The man made my sandwich and when I came to pay i was a pound short. I had enough. He stole a quid off of me. Think he's been sacked since.

If I could give 0 I would. Got myself bacon and cheese. Cold to the point cheese not melted, forget bacon stone cold. Bread more flatbread than subway one. Couple behind counter more busy speaking (some foreign language) no name badge so don't know names. Was Subway manager 5 years so know how it should be. One for sure -not going back

Staff are polite, friendly, hard working and keep the restaurant clean. Food is always well prepared, and there is effort in every aspect of the store

The service is good here and they manage the food well when serving us as we have allergies. I personally can have Gluten or Dairy and I still manage to have at least 3 options for subs.
