had some very rude staff members at one point, don't know if they still work there. Store manager wasn't any help, disappointed with the customer service.
However, the food is good and it's usally clean.

Are we ready for story time? Oh good,let's begin.Popped in for a spot of grub. Was told to wait while a young lady (staff A) was brushing the floor. 2 other members of staff chatting(staff B & C) One writing in a book (staff B) and the other making herself a hot drink (staff C) I read the name tags but let's just have fun with this light hearted comment for the wonderful service of yeovil subway (excuse the grammar, I can't be bothered).All staff had seen me but no customer in front or behind. Well I thought,staff looked rushed! I waited nicely as I was hungry. When a member looked bothered to serve me and dragged her knuckles along the floor with complete excitement, asked me what I wanted while still chatting to her work colleague and dropping the jesus Christ comment to end the conversation. Well I thought! That's service. So I said just meatballs and cheese and nothing else please. In a cheerful and energetic voice I was asked 3 more times in an energetic tone what I would like with it. And yet again my voice was struggling to repeat the same thing,over and over.After my food was beautifully presented without a knapkin. It's a good thing I had the sleeve of my jumper to wipe the sauce from my beard. Staff A then showed me a wonderful smile and asked if I would like anything else. Well I guess she must of been so tired sweeping a 6 food square area not to hear me say it 4 times. But as the hulk wanted to pop out of me and show my true feelings to how the fantastic service went. I thought I'd better have a cookie. Well,that was then put in the bag with such grace and concern I thought this member of staff is wasted here. I thought I would be offered a meal deal to save me some money but they were all rushed off their feet so I didn't want to bother them. Well, being a man of 36 years old having 26 jobs under my belt,I wouldn't know the first thing about politeness,service and making any customer feel welcome when they walk in. Even thou you can be in a job that gets you down and you feel like burning the place down just for a day off. Well the experience was fantastic. And I do hope I get this fantastic service again. As next time,I won't be so polite.......the pizza department of tesco should be able to hear my order. They may only need to be told once. Many thanks

I went in and asked for a 6inch spicy Italian on herbs and cheese. At this point I asked about having cheesy garlic bread, and the young lady behind the stand said it would cost extra. I said Yh ok implying I will have that. She then continued the process and put it in the oven to get toasted without the cheesy garlic bread on it when it came out I asked her haven’t you put the cheesy garlic bread on it she looked at me and said that will cost you extra and it’s only on Italian bread. I replied you said that before and I said Yh ok but you didn’t mention it only being on Italian that was the mistake! I then said never mind but all the while I got the feeling that she was very unimpressed she had to remake another when it’s not a big deal at all.
None of this really bothered me until I sat down after paying and overheard the young lady bad mouthing me to her coworkers on how annoyed she is. When all the while she failed to explain everything to me properly in the first place. I don’t know if something else had annoyed her that day but the passive bad attitude I received and bad mouthing me wasn’t necessary

The one star is for the poor staff forced to work with probably the worst fast food manager I've come across. It's clear she hates her job and has zero respect for customers. She puts through too many orders at once then cancels incoming orders for the next two hours instead of closing temporarily on just eat or having better organisation of orders. I've very rarely received my order correctly and the mistakes are always with sauces and missing items which really ruins the meal. I can hear the argumentative attitude of the manager to staff when I have called up regarding a problem, insisting orders were correct when they weren't and even had her hang up on me instead of politely ending the conversation. The tone of voice of this woman is always one of exasperation and stress with no polite customer service manor what so ever. she clearly can't handle the job she is doing GET NEW MANAGEMENT!

Would avoid at the moment, rude staff and food tastes funny. Have my usual each time I go subway but for some reason the chicken tasted funny. Go to the subway at bottom of the town. Much better and staff who actually cares about you.

After the last two years you would think hygiene would be paramount! Member of staff wearing the same gloves whilst using the till, her phone out the back and touching / making peoples sandwiches! Walked out without placing an order! Disgusting!!!

The most rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Worked in hospitality for years and I don’t agree with telling someone to wait because they’re sat ‘doing paperwork’ and by that I mean sat out the back eating food because they’re being too lazy to come and serve someone. Absolute vile human that needs to be sacked pronto. Literally sat in my car writing this. Never left a review on anything in my life before. But this definitely needs to be said for some representing this subway like that.
