Subway

I have no idea how this place has the rating it does, awful customer service, staff took around 10 minutes to get to serving me with only one person in front of me that person being a member of spar around the corner which they where having a nice conversation with while ignoring me, one of the girls behind the counter started stocking the crisps and to get the box from the store room to the crisp rack she kicked it loudly across the store the other girl made a joke about her being loud commenting can you get any louder to which the other girl at the top of her lungs shouted yes, food on display looked dreadful somehow half of my sandwich was boiling hot burning me while the other was stone cold, ordered nachos aswell which where microwaves with the salsa so that was stupidly hot and left the crisps soggy not to mention the 3 small strands of cheese I got with them, staff seemed very short as of they didn't want to be there and where taking it out on the customer. Needless to say I will never be returning and I implore you to do the same, will be writing to subway about this.

I enjoy a subway, but this has to be the worst subway I’ve visited. The staff had zero customer service skills, there were staff that we had seen outside having a cigarette hanging around the door by where the food was being made chatting to the member of staff that was trying to serve us in the coat that she had been smoking in. The person that served us couldn’t slice the bread either which made it very difficult to eat.

The place was really dirty. The toilet was disgusting. Urine and toilet tissue all over the floor. The tables didn't look like they had been washed all day. The drinks machine area looked dirty and the salad did not look appetizing. Bits of food on the ground too.

Very disappointed, it’s very dirty and staff are slow , don’t smile and slap your ingredients onto your roll .
I felt sick when I sat down to eat , the bin was over flowing , floors dirty , tables sticky .
I’d expect more from a chain store like this .
Get your act together staff , you’re pulling the subway brand down .

Bread was fresh, staff nice. I asked for more of a particular filling and this was sorted out without a raised eyebrow. I've used it since and have no complaints about it

Friendly staff and ample parking make this Subway worth visiting, the store itself is fairly small however being situated next to a Starbucks is a plus.

This is the 3rd time now I have been in and there is never any food left and I ask for a rap and just through it All to gever

Service was fast and friendly, food was good. Only issue was they didn't have hot drinks. This is something I have encountered a few times in different Subway branches.
