Ordered six inch chicken and bacon. Got around a 4 to 5 inch smushed bread and bacon barely even in the sandwich. Barely any sauce on it at all

Staff were very attentive and helpful, great with my children who wanted to order for themselves. Quick to be served. Food was all good. Not a great deal of space/seating but didn't get the chance to go downstairs to look at the extra seating due to having a pushchair so had to take out and find somewhere else to eat it.

Went in and asked for a chicken pizzaoli or however you spell it. Was told they don’t do it no more, I said I had it the other week from a different branch and the person in charge said he could do it but he’d have to charge me extra for it.
Then proceeded to give away cookies to a woman he was flirting with who was infront of me.

I guess because I was male I had to pay more, but because the other was a female she was rewarded with a free cookie??

The guy was clearly the manager as he had different uniform to the others. Will be the first and last time I go to this subway.

Can tell why it’s the quietest one in the city with the worst reviews.

I'd give a 0 star if I could. When I came in the atmosphere was tense and the two boys working that day just acted like they didn't want to be there and had an attitude. I got asked what my order was and went through the process. The other boy then came out and said to the people behind me, do you want a sandwich then or what, they'd only just came in the door! So rude! I was then went to pay with card however as the guy was putting the order through on the machine he asked his colleague what to do as it wouldn't connect he said the card machine is broken without even looking at it, so clearly knew it was broken . I said oh if I'd have known that I wouldn't have ordered as i don't have cash on me, the guy then came over and looked at it and said we'll I've only just known about it hant I. They ahd in the mean time served 2 other customers also not telling them the card machine was broken!!! So therefore couldn't have my order and also because the boys were taking so long with my order due to being really slow and like they couldn't be bothered I missed my bus!!!

Took 2 staff to slice the bread, ended up breaking it apart with their fingers. Only people in initially, yet I managed to grow a beard before I finally got to pay. Sandwich was just about adequate, bread wasn't cooked properly I think, hence initial difficulty slicing.
No toilets available.

I cannot really rave about this place, have visited several times recently. My biggest gripe is the lukewarm coffee.... they must have spent hundreds on their coffee machine and the best they can serve is tepid lukewarm milky dross dish watery coffee and at nearly £2 a pop it’s overpriced.... Not sure why, but they seemed to have done away with the sweet corn from the salad bar.... it’s an ok place, but have certainly visited better Subway establishments throughout the country..... just wish they’d learn to serve coffee HOT...

Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was great. I don't think I have ever had a bad Subway experience. They must devote a lot of time to training staff.
