Subway

I love Subway but every time we come here the tables are filthy and there it's rubbish all over the floor. There is usually 2 people working, we will get our food and sit at a dirty table. While we are eating they will just stand there. No attempt to tidy up. Very disgraceful, they give Subway a bad name.

This is a very busy Subway especially when there is a football match at Cardiff City stadium. This Subway has just been refurbished. There is limited outdoor seating available.

Sneha and Taha from the Subway in Leckwith (Cardiff) store are the best employees I've ever encountered in a Subway, they really go above and beyond with their customer service. They really know how to make an amazing Sub and ensure that everything is done to perfection. I believe promotions should be given to these 2 outstanding individuals, they really are the best representatives of how a Subway team should be and act. They really spark up the place and it's always a pleasure to go into that particular store. 😊

We always go there to buy food. Very friendly staff. Especially Rajendra & Sneha. They simply best. Clean and tidy shop.

Worst subway in cardiff bar None never has stock of anything and the staff are unhelpful. Would not recommend anyone use this establishment, make your own.

It was quite late and close to closing time but staff serving didn't know what they were doing and took ages. I was the only customer. I said thanks and bye to the guy on the till and he ignored me

Ordered the new "big cheese steak" cost almost 9 quid and wasn't able to add anything to it. Nowhere does it say that and when I asked the staff they just brushed aside my concerns. 9 quid and it's half the size of what you can get if you just order a normal footlong steak and cheese with all the extras .... which you can get toasted anyway.
Try calling it a steak toasty because that's what it is
Ended up having to order another sandwich to get what I wanted. Gave the "big cheese steak" to my father and when he opened the mozzarella doesn't even melt so you get big chunks of hard mozzarella.
Stupid.

Ordered to take away first time ordering online and they didn’t make it got told they didn’t have what we ordered and we shouldn’t have ordered as it’s a Saturday and busy! We felt very awkward and had a very uncomfortable visit by staff as they made us feel like we shouldn’t have been there no smile and everything seemed too much trouble for them customer service was not there and needs more training! Very disappointing as it was meant to be quicker but stood in que for 15-20 mins for them
