I ate there so much and yet the personal was always kind patient and I made a card too so I got a lot of adventages for my birthday, with cumulation of points and it is not expensive at all 🤗😌👍👍👍👍

Staff was very rude and they did not have papers, veggie Patty, Salt and some breads also. Their answer to no salt was “ you will not taste the difference “. Very poor service and taste

Asked for a regular coffee as advertised on the menu at £1.69. Served with coffee and asked for £2.15. When queiried the young lady said "that's what comes up on the till". I suggested she charged the correct amount as on the menu on the wall but she couldn't. Left the coffee on the counter and got a coffee at McDonald's where I normally go.
Misleading advertising.?

Staff are very inappropiate saying they want to kill themselves whilst on shift and constantly complaining and slagging customers off as soon as they leave , very uncomfortable experience. Massive off put as all they do is smoke and then handle the food, honestly dont understand why people are in the job if they can't/don't want to do it step aside and let someone proffesional and hygienic take it instead🙄if there was a choice for zero stars i would happily of chose that!!

Pathetic experience. Extremely rude staff member “Laurel” apparently she was the supervisor on shift today. Asked her to change the sheet as it had touched the meat and im a vegeterian, rudely smacked the sheet and then when i questioned why you are being rude i was told it didnt touch the meat, where it clearly had i saw that myself. Upon pressing that it did she finally said, im sorry it touched the meat, and obviously after having this rude exchange i had no option but to decline having any food, i left and while i was going out I overheard her most likely as saying “f***”

Is this the kind of service we are here for? How difficult is it for you to treat people with respect? Was this something more than just being rude? Dont do vegetarian stuff if you cannot handle the pain of dealing with us.

Great service, very friendly staff, always greeting customers with a smile and cracking jokes. Quite often, it's just a treat to walk in. The staff are far more helpful and informative than many neighbouring Subway branches in which staff may just say "none of o that left" whereas here, the staff will inform you beforehand if they have run out of ingredients, and give a concise reason why. A highlight to me, would be the friendly lady with long, straight black hair.

Very good staff when I've gone most days when quiet been gluten free not by choice I visit when no one is around. On one occasion I was told they leave gluten free till last when busy which I thought was abit odd but bieng a chef in the past I can understand the risks . But still I've always had positive visit in Bangor
