I've visited this subway on a few occasions. Everytime I've been there they've had no stock. I waited for a few mintues whilst the colleague was on his mobile before being acknowledged. Upon being served he told me they had no meatballs, no chicken, no sauce for the pizza sub. He told me he had been on his own all day so had no time to stock up but had time to take a phone call? For how long I dont know. It was dead when I arrived. Doesn't look good to paying customers who expect a service. Wasn't offered any alternative, just got huffed at when deciding for a split second on a sauce after having to change 3 orders. I'd rather travel 20minutes to Malpas Road.

The very nature of subway attracts me as I can choose exactly what I want and make a lunch out of it. The prices are good too and the staff are always helpful.

Only popped in to pay for fuel and was greeted by two persons from subway saying F☆☆KING HELL at the top of their voices and then carried on swearing and joking around...such a shame as Gregg's staff are amazing along with the garage staff.

Ordered on the app just as my partner arrived outside to pick up he had a phone call to say they couldn’t fulfill the order as they had no bread why take orders then so no food and no refund either as they don’t give them in store definitely won’t be ordering again and Most definitely won’t recommend them

It's almost worth going, just to compare the pictures on the menu with what you actually get. The differences between the two would be comical if it wasn't so ludicrously expensive. It must be difficult to get happy staff who care.

Went to this subway today, I am absolutely appalled with the service I received! First had to wait 10 minutes to get the employees attention in a separate room, then only had 2 types of bread available (the restaurant was dead so no excuse to why there was hardly any stock) then made the sandwich to then be told I’m only allowed 3 salads on my sandwich I’m sorry when your paying the prices for these sandwiches I would like what I want on it! I was then told that this subway doesn’t do salad boxes which is an absolute joke I think the staff at this store need some proper training (yes I’ve work in subway for 4 years) I ended up leaving without my sandwich it was appalling

Some random guy in an outdoor jacket and combats was leaning over my sandwich while it was being prepared by a uniformed member of staff. His arm was literally cm’s away from my food while it was being prepared. He appeared to be doing some kind of check on the fillings at the front display. Not hygienic. Won’t be going back again.

Got a sub from here 2 years ago and found hair, 2 years later and found 2 hairs in my sub again.
