Subway

Worst service I've ever experienced. Charged extra for the fact that they ran out of what I wanted, I was then told it was my fault by the most obnoxious and miserable staff with literally no customer service skills. I am quite frankly disgusted by the fact that on an average week night they would run out of something, even more so that I recieve no apology, am then charged extra and told its my fault. Never go there. Avoid at all costs. This branch is obviously very poorly managed and staffed by people who don't care for their jobs, they are an embaressment to the otherwise very good subway brand.

To whomever it may concern,

Before stopping at this subway I was under the comfortable delusion that all Subways were made equal. You may yet be in this state of content ignorance.
I do not believe the staff member on duty could accurately be described as a 'sandwich artist' -unless of course 'artist' is referring to modern art and 'sandwich' is to be interpreted as 'piece of s***'. Either way I don't go to a Subway to get my daily intake of s***.
If you are a fan of s**** this is the place for you.

Now 9.40 am 6/10/2017 I am going to subway for breakfast and he didn't given me salad in it he said I am not served salad with breakfast it sham he given me egg and cheese on it that's it and I buy from from another sub way next to Halifax bank she given me everything on Ito is very good service union street and very very poor st. Really poor customer service/rude staff. Went down the shop around 10:50 the guy working there was in the back for 10 mins then he said they re're not open yet (even though it was supposed to open at 9) and I should be waiting outside the shop for 20 mins.
I come back past 11 the guy stays in the back for 20 mins then he ignores me and goes again in the back.

I was served on Monday by a gentleman named Billy, needless to say I was absolutely fuming. Firstly, he proceeded to toast my bread, after taking my order, without bothering to ask whether I would prefer it toasted or not. Secondly, he was very stingy with the salad. I asked for cucumbers, olives and jalapeños, and received barely any of each ingredient. I had asked for chilli sauce, yet to my horror I received SWEET chilli sauce! I cannot emphasise how much I hate sweet chilli sauce, it ruined my entire sub. I also ordered some nachos, I asked for jalapeños, and I had quite literally received 4 small jalapeño slices. There was barely any cheese or sauce on my nachos, if I wanted plain Dorito crisps, I’d ask for that. I then continued my long drive home to enjoy my sub, and due to my distaste I journeyed back to the store. Upon my arrival back, Billy did not give me a proper apology. He threw away the faulty sub into the bin, which is such a big waste of food. Unfortunately, billy did not have anymore of the Italian herbs and cheese bread, so I had to settle down for something else. He was still very stingy on the salad, I could literally count 3 olives, 4 jalapeños and 4 cucumbers in my foot long sub. He again, did not ask if I wanted it toasted and didn’t bother to cut my sandwich in half. Overall, a terrible experience and I definitely will not be ordering from here again. I do not recommend for anyone to come here at all.

Feel like I've been robbed and given 2 bits of cold bread( not toasted, or tiger bread like I asked)no salad like I asked,my son's was also cold,ordered a tuna melt that was a joke one small piece of cucumber,one slice of tomato,hardly any cheese or tuna😳total cost£27 pound ordered with delivroo who when we sent pictures to said there was nothing they would do about it.so please think twice before you spend stupid amounts of hard earned money on a few slices of cold not toasted bread,no cheese,salad 😳 go to Tesco buy a baguette and do it yourself, wish someone had warned me first , feel violated 🤬👎try to feed it to my dog who loves tuna and cheese even she turned her nose up at it picture is of actual tuna melt that were given.i have given the local wild birds better food than what we were given.👎👎👎

I never went to subway don't just assume I went to subway just because I was outside and please stop sending me this message saying how did I enjoy subway

halal which is good and the only reason go to this subway, but customer service aint the best
