Subway

Firstly i would like to point out that this is my experience of this one shop, not of the Subway chain. After i complained (staff were rude, dropped sauce bottles onto the floor, then picked up and used without cleaning), they came back to me and offered a free meal. Both me and my partner returned a couple of weeks later to claim the meal and the staff were so lifeless and to be frank, Bored, It has put us off going here again. The food was ok, mediocre (doughy bread). I would recommend going to another shop in the nearby vicinity instead.

Poor customer service. Got my order wrong. Had to drive all the way back but no apology in fact i was charged more for the inconvenience and while rest of my order was going cold at home. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. Never complain and have used this subway for many years but to make me feel like i was the inconvenience with their attitude. I'll take my loyalty elsewhere

Presentation appallin bread broken filling falling out couldn't pick up to eat cheese wrong advertising made me bad will never order from there AGAIN!!!

Was told I’d have to wait at least 5 minutes as a phone order had come through, although I was the only person in the store. Didn’t wait 5 minutes, won’t be back.

What a terrible place to get food if you are hygiene aware.
The dirty woman staff member pulls her masks down to have a gnaw on her finger nails, this has actually been caught on camera in the past by someone, just check the photos… (so this wasn’t a once off)

Fresh custom made sandwiches that taste wonderful. My only complaint is that there is no where to sit down and enjoy the food. :) great overall though.

Popped in this morning for breakfast. Lad behind counter serving was very friendly and helpful.... brilliant service.. 👏
