Subway

Subways my go to snack shop, so I've been to a faiiirr few! Defiantly the nicest subway experience I've had. Fellow who served me was smiley, chatty and provided excellent service. By far one of the most pleasant transactions I've had for a sandwich before.

Got our food correct but bread was either really stale or quite burnt.

Customer in front was charged twice for same item. And whilst we were at the till another customer came over and said he had been given the wrong sandwich. They had like 7 staff and it wasn't really much busier than Cardiff Bay subway when we were in there at least; which usually has 1 or 2 staff members. Seemed quite unorganised to be honest.

They didn't have much of the options that I wanted,however I gave it 4 stars as the man who serves us was great! He was very friendly and had banter with my 9 year old son. I would come back again based on the great service!
But Subway please sort out your stock!

Friendly, helpful and polite staff.
Had a coffee spill (my fault) they cleaned up and gave me a free one without me asking. Excellent service

Got something lovely to eat while I have a wait in the E,A. Hospital for broken ribs.

Really welcoming cheerful staff. Thank you, means a lot to be welcomed with a smile and enthusiasm for making customers feel human in the morning. Little things but appreciated.
