Great location but seriously understaffed.

I won’t say the cashier is friendly or helpful. I would appreciate knowing one coffee latte takes more than five minutes. It is not because you are only running one machine but allowed another person who ordered after I took my cafe latte.

No hot soup until noon and unable to heat the baguette are understandable. Therefore two stars for I would avoid coming back.

Incredibly busy, the front of house staff were friendly and quick. Great selection of good quality snacks. Decent coffee and I was able to sit outside in the beautiful sunshine people watching.

All good on the coffee front but not great value if you have the subscription. No smoothies made from here and they close at 4pm so cant even get a quick drink before catching the train back home after work.

Service speed is fast. Our server, Ashker, was helpful and efficient. Good seating space. Otherwise, as any other pret.

Ordered a hot chocolate, the venue was noisy you could hardly hear the drink being called despite standing by the counter. 4 identical cups were placed down, by the time I got to my drink it had been opened and sniffed by three other people and the lid was off. Not a great first Pret experience.

I normally love a pret, but it was probably just my luck that this one was really full. Even though it is a decent size place, I felt claustrophobic. Also, the tables were messy and dirty. The staff was great helping getting things cleaned though.

For reasons unknown, Macaroon Hot Chocolate was served without cream and looks absolutely nothing like the picture. False adverting. Rip off merchants.

I ordered from Uber eat this morning, my order is missing ! I called and one of the employees just hung up the phone on my face . Very rude customer service from Pret a manger and from Uber eat too.
