One Vision

Had an aerial fitted by these guys last week. I missed the engineers at my address on the first occasion, however they were more than happy to book a new appointment with no arguments. Customer service is second to none and so is the quality of the job. The price was very reasonable and the engineers very polite and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Needed a Wired Access Network installed to a recent new outbuilding. Told them what I needed over the phone. Already had the ethernet running down from my router to the new building, they just had to supply and install. Was quoted £180 plus VAT and that they couldn't fit until the following week as they would need to order the parts in. I was happy with this and the price.

A little over a week later and the day they are due to arrive and a day I had to book off work they failed to show. It took me calling them to see where they were for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to attend but would attend first thing the following morning. I accepted and booked the following day off work. They attended as promise and looked at the job but left after just 5 minutes. When asked why he wasn't installing today he said that he was just asked to come out to give me a quote and tell me what I needed. I knew what I needed and I told them on the phone the previous week and they told me they were ordering the parts in.

I called the office and they said they would ring the engineer and get back to me. It's now 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for that call.

I did my own research and ended up fitting a Wired Access Network myself after purchasing one off the internet for £25. Works great and fast upload and download speeds. Should thank them really as they saved me nearly £200. Wouldn't suggest them to a friend and would stay well clear.

One Vision swapped out a dish for Freesat due to wrong type of dish from previous owner. They came out the same day, really helpful guys. Competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

Tried to rip my elderly relative off - charging her £450 for a new sky dish and had the cheek to ask her for a £50 tip also! Just wonder how many other vulnerable people they do this too!

I had Alex and Curt out from One Vision out to mount a TV and install Sky dish. They did an excellent job, the price was provided upfront and they explained exactly how they were going to do the job before starting. They also had spare cables as some of mine weren’t long enough. Mark and his apprentice came to fit a tv on a dot and dabbed wall AFTER cowboys came in and ruined my trust in the job. Both was very polite and reassuring throughout the process and assured me they can complete the job which was done to an extremely high standard, both were absolutely amazing and will definitely be using the service again in the future! Fantastic company! Turned up when they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. I was stressed trying to find someone to mount my TV onto a solid stone wall and hide all the wires, but these guys did it no problem. Would definitely recommend!
