Brilliant experience with this company, from the first visit to the workshop to final delivery. Olly was always on hand to answer questions. High quality, beautiful products. We bought the Aire+ and are extremely pleased with it. The wait can be long, but it's worth it.

Having looked at lots of different companies both in the UK and overseas we decided to purchase from Olly at Heartwood.
We're so glad we did!
The attention to detail on the cabin is impeccable, from the cedar shingle roof down to the way the timber is fantailed in the bench corners.
Having a sauna at our own home seemed like a very decadent purchase however the health and relaxation benefits wholly justify our decision.

The sauna, we chose the Arbor V, is simply perfect, from the finishing details to options like WiFi control through to the actual performance and overall sauna experience are first class. Due to access, the team were on site with us for two weeks, professional, friendly and informative and clearly take pride in executing to a high standard.
