I love Logsmart. They are our supplier for all our logs and they always do their best. I can thoroughly recommend them. I run a business where we have 6 log burners so it I really important to me to have someone I can rely on.

Ordered and paid for fire wood 2months ago from here, I have still not recieved my logs or refund. I have contacted them by phone to which was answered Hello! When I asked about my order I was quite abruptly told that anything that was in stock was sold,and it would be at least a week before any more was ready.
Terrible service,extremely rude avoid at all costs

The Owner is a typical quirky character, but absolutely serious when it comes to business can’t fault the customer service he provides.
