Munchkins Village Nursery

Fantastic Nursery.

The nursery is beautiful, the staff are amazing, there's plenty of room for play time and activities. The staff are very supportive and encouraging. There's always a warm welcome and a sense of ease as you enter and leave. Happy children, happy parents thats what little munchkins is, Happy 😊

Dedicated, highly skilled, experienced and well trained staff, lovely team, very caring, fantastic nursery that caters for babies through to toddlers, scoring highly on Ofsted visits.
This nursery is within view of Burscough Bridge Train Station, making this nursery ideal for the parent who lives in the Burscough area and needs to commute to and from Manchester but ideally wishes to miss out the M6 traffic.
This nursery is constantly adapting and improving. It is definitely worth paying a visit.

I have a subject access request from the police
It's took 28 days ..

In which the lady still hasn't provided information

I will update the information later today ...
Total lies ... no court ... no organisation

Would stop ...

The freedom of information...

Read between the lines she said ...
I'll have the proof .....

She has failed to provide the information to the police. *****

I've requested information from this lady about Safeguarding practices, codes of conduct and there Safe practice procedures,

basically

how they will respond in emergency situations if any thing goes wrong while my child is at nursery
" you know as a concerned parent".

1. Via email, then
2. Via post , then finnaly
3 Via telephone.
Over a 2 week period

And have had no response at all other than we will do,

But still hasn't sent it , raising real concerns for me and the wider public....as a health and social care practitioner myself if they haven't got such information they shouldn't be operating.

And if they have the information,
they are refusing to disseminate the information which is even more concerning as I'm sure you would agree.

Ive had the phone put down on me today,
by the manager/ owner she was the responsible person for the nursery she said.
I couldn't believe it ,
tried calling back hasn't answered.

Very concerned parent reported to ofstead.

Ofstead said they are in breach of the licence terms for failing to provide the information and are investigating.

Also noticed I'd had a reply.... under my comment from the owner giving herself 5 stars ...ok ....

I have full parental rights to my child
Insinuating this is down to societal issues ...

This is malpractice....
And a formal complaint has been logged with ofstead

You have less than 25 days to respond... to my formal complaint which oftead are monitoring and advised me to do.

Or breach your license terms further
As there is no legal reason you would withhold
Safe guarding practices ....

No court...

No business

No care organisation

Would withhold this ...

So why are you ...

This will be all resolved soon enough.

This lady also told the police she would provide the information...3 weeks ago .....

The officer still hasn't received anything.
And neither have I...

Make your own mind up something isn't right here.
Protecting the most vulnerable people in society
Is what I do for a living also this you have clearly misunderstood.

And I will endeavour to get to the truth.
