Limpsfield Grange School - Oxted

I went to this school in the 70's and 80's it was a good school

I am nearly 71 and I went to this school when it was an “open air school “ when I was 9. I hated it there and found sharing a bedroom with nine others difficult. The worst thing that happened to me though was that I loathed porridge. I was forced to eat it til lunchtime! Now I can’t look at it and when my husband eats it, I have to put a packet in the way. I was on holiday at Christmas and a family brought some to the table. I had to go away quickly. To think that something which happened so long ago still affects me. I hope that now they take what they do to children seriously.

I went to this place in the 1950s with my brother the worst thing for me was they had fish for lunch covered in parsley sauce on Friday's I hated it but they would warm it up any give it back to me for supper by then it was even more disgusting I would have to swallow it quickly then leave the table to be sick I still can't eat fish the smell takes me right back I was very unhappy I was there for a few years

I was at the school back in the 50s the school for delicate children, my time there was fantastic.I remember going to London to see treasure Island at the mermaid theatre.

this place is a joke they will set you up to fail. they only care about the fame and how well known they are as a school and not so much the education of the students there.

I had a good time but it was cut short due to my mental health im now doing well thank you all staff

Very supportive staff try’s to help all students I loved it there and I wouldn’t be where I am now if I hadn’t gone there

Poor. Puts their OFSTED rating ahead of the educational needs and well-being of the students.
