honestly, I'd wish I have given this school an unfortunate 0 stars, but this is the worst school I've visited so far since it does feature a series of bullying and had a hard time just getting along with it. Not only that, they yet fail to achieve their expectations and the school pupils have not only been hoping to make their friends but only to be picked on later the day. The headteacher will have to do something about this matter since this place is more of like a mental asylum if I'm being brutally honest.

this school is the worst school I’ve ever been to, constantly getting excluded over small things like wearing rings, going to the bathroom at dinner time etc, the teachers are abusing the exclusion system, wish I could give the school 0 stars I’ve been to many schools and this one is by far the worst

its impossible for a one star.
so if your going too send your child too this school or visit I wouldn't cus' when a visitor isnt their they arent the best i know beacuse im a student their i have had my head lodged into a brick wall and what did they do they called my parents half an hour later i had a concusion for 2 weeks , and too to put the cream on the cupcake i was chocked by that very sed person who gave me a concusion what did they do expelled her for a week they didnt exclude her no .
still i wouldnt suggest going their they also count being ill as unauthorised and going to the doctors as an unathourised absensence.

Bullies, teachers do nothing. Students are idiotic, but Monday curry is pretty good.

Ok so I am going to state my honest opinion on this school. When I left primary school I thought "oh great Kirkby college is going to be a really good, fun, educating school with less bullies" but I was proven wrong. I didn't mind the school in the first year in year 7 because we could use phones, do more things, it was more fun and educating. In year 8 this got a lot worse. The teachers didn't teach us to the best ability they could of teach us too (not all teachers just some). When we got into year 9 they said "hand in this work from lockdown" but I didn't bother doing it. Why? Well, they took back their words they told everybody which is very disappointing for them. This is showing that they clearly didn't care about lockdown. Then we go to Year 11. In year 11 there was ALOT of mistakes from teachers. What I mean by this is, my English teacher went pregnant which yeah fair enough have the time of for that but, for the first few months they just kept giving us supply teachers. We all know supply teachers are USELESS. Further into year 11, they mentioned that they are getting new people taking over the school called "Outwood" and in my mind I thought "they are finally going to do something about this school" but I was wrong. They did NOTHING about this school. They just made it WORSE. I think this is really pathetic. Also, due to "A" student they locked the BOYS and the GIRLS toilets. Now, this is just stupid. Yes, a student did something unreasonable which they shouldn't have done but why does everyone have to suffer the consequences from one student? This school does not deserve any rating and I recommend you NOT to come here.

at first i did support kirkby college but i feel the school is not very good like first of all they decide to lock the toilets so you have to go to a teacher do get a key to use the TOILET. Another thing is ever since "outwood" taken over its got worse so much for a "DR" if he was a bloody "DR" he might have some common sense. i am also very disappointed because outwood was supposed to be a good change for kirkby college but no now its like they are in prison. Don't get me wrong they is some good teachers who have time for some of the kids their and actually understand students at kirkby college. But your child could do the smallest thing and they get excluded.

Not bad school, since outwood teachers and the whole big change had happened the school has uppered its effort.

Im a student here but i think placing students in smartness groups is unfair since in the future if they stay in lower groups they wont get opportunities as the higher groups in jops
