My daughter has enjoyed her first three days at her new school. She has made some new friends as well as the ones she knows. She is enjoying so far.

You really want my opinion?
Some, not all of the teachers are lovely and kind.
The students are horrible.
The place is filthy I mean seriously I stepped on a sandwhich and some crisps on my way to ICT and Maths today.
They don't help you handle bullying at all.
And certainly most of the teachers do not teach you properly! I'm failing at English and Media currently and I have been revising constantly to at least get my English grade up. I'm still getting 8 marks out of 40 and I don't have much time left to get that grade up what so ever! I have an english exam in 6 weeks from now. If I fail it I'm going to have to do pathway which I do not want to do!

Read the Ofstead reports. My grandson had to make his choice for next year and luckily turned this place down. I'm sure some of the teachers try their best, but it seems good leadership is required. Get rid of the rubbish at the school and encourage the rest.

The school does not deal with bullying reports at all. I got verbally and physically bullied and the teachers would just say 'I will talk to them about it.' I ended up having to leave because the bullies were never punished so they never stopped.

I attended this school for 5 years then carried on to study at the sixth form. The teachers were all lovely and will always do their best to help you achieve everything you can.

After visiting my sister and her family this morning I couldn't believe what I was told , with reference to her two grandchildren who she has custody of, basically one of her grandchildren had been bullied at school upon making a complaint to one of the teachers she was then taken to another one Who Found the best way to deal with it was to VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY ABUSE HER !!!!! After reporting this to my sister who attended the school to be laughed at about the situation, understandably my sister got irate but instead of listening to her and her husband and her bullied grandchild they was made leave the school, It comes to mind that things never change , as a child in 1973 I WAS PHYSICALLY ABUSED BY A TEACHER WITH A CRICKET BAT DISLOCATING MY HIP !!!!! AND AS YOU CAN IMAGINE MY MOTHER DID THE SAME AS MY SISTER AND IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME OUTCOME ESCORTED OF SCHOOL PROPERTY!!!! IT SEEMS TEACHERS STILL HAVE POWER TO BEAT ABUSE BOTH VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY CHILDREN AT WILL!!! This is the same school where I got my beating, just hope this helps in the future of your choice of schools in the future

A safe and reassuring environment for your children to learn the swim. Great, helpful swimming coaches and helpers in the pool. Would highly recommend.

There are alot of good teachers here but there is little done about people abusing others. For example, the school states that physical harm is 5 days in isolation. When I get punched, the person doesn't even get 5 mins in isolation. But it is easy to make friends. Mr Gulley and Mr Pearson are the best teachers there. But there are alot of teachers who will make you fail and don't help you understand the work. A R.S teacher will be constantly trying to turn you vegan and a history/law teacher will moan at you if you don't underline the date even if nobody else does.
