Amazing place to visit. Great place to buy pre-loved furniture, white goods and home decorations. Would definately recommend to anyone who is furnishing their first flat or just wants to find a vintage piece and give it a second life.

They need to Improve their customer service. It's excellent place to get things from and for events but the customer service is terrible. There is a lack of communication between staff and they are very rude when they are called out on poor service. I was very disappointed as I have always liked going down and having a look around but the way I was spoken to and treated has put me off. I organised a collection through Facebook and stayed in waiting all day and they did not turn up. When I rang them up they had not put me in the books. I rearranged and when they came to collect they reused to take it due to a small bit of wear and tear and just left. I rang to question this and was told that all collections are depended on viewing however I had not been told this by any staff I had spoken to. Apparently they will only take things that are "like new" which is not what upcycling means. It was a perfectly good bed besides this tiny wearing and when I said this she told me, full of attitude, "well if its such a good bed why dont you keep it then" which is not the point. I said I wasn't very impressed by the service and she just said 'well sorry about that' and hung up, she was clearly not sorry. It isn't the first time either, a couple of years ago I arranged with them to pick something up and they didn't turn up, leaving me with another wasted day. If you are going to have a Facebook page for bookings you need to make sure it is manned properly and all bookings are comunicated to the relevant departments! Not happy at all!

Very large selection of furniture advise! Some of the electrical appliances are not working (

After sending in pictures of furniture with required fire safety labels they agreed to collect on a set date in the morning. When contacted that morning it was not even on their scedule and after wasting more of the day they advised they did not want the items anymore. Appaling management and organisational skills and an inconsiderate way to treat people who wanted to donate quality items to those in need.

Lots of great furniture, white goods and really useful things for the home. Fab place for browsing and buying!

Bought a lovely drop-down secretary cupboard from you where we replaced broken handles. Looks stunning now. Delivery guys are helpful and friendly. Good to know you deliver to the Forest of Dean from Chepstow for £10.

Absolutely amazing - it's worth going regularly as they keep getting different stock in, and sometimes you don't find what you are looking for (although there is always something I want), BUT when you DO find what you are looking for - it's AMAZING. Great selection of furniture, particularly seats, great prices, really great delivery costs, AND lovely people. Oh - AND there's a cafe at the back that does delicious coffee and even more delicious baked goods. Some really great finds to be had. Totally awesome.
