Marcus is a great fire alarm technician. Took real pride in his work. There was one recurring fault (related to an earth warning) which he took it upon himself to fix. He knew the systems inside out and the British Standards. I would not trust my fire alarm with anyone else. Well done SDS, and well done Marcus.

We have been customers of SDS for 22 years both in London and Kent. Their service, efficiency and professionalism are excellent. They are always contactable (even at 1am on a Sunday/Monday when the alarm triggered and couldn't be turned off) and their engineers are courteous, professional and very good. My experience with SDS Security has been fantastic from the start! Ola has been extremely helpful and responsive via both email and on the phone and all the the technicians that have been on site have been really knowledgeable and friendly. We're a restaurant in Peckham and use them for our CCTV, intruder alarm and fire security. A definite 5*'s and I would highly recommend using their services!

I have used SDS for our house alarm for some years now. I have always found them to be extremely pro-active and efficient. The engineers are always friendly and professional. I also like the fact they don't try to upsell on the alarm!

I have also used the SDS Shop on various occasions which is full of great quality products. I have found that everyone in the shop is also very helpful.

Never had any dealings with this company but house alarm went off and code didn't work. Spoke to Donna who was helpful, friendly and reassuring; she explained the issue and also the most economical quick fix (which didn't involve SDS coming out) - so I am delighted, and when I'm ready to stump up for the permanent fix I will defo be calling SDS to do the job - no further proof needed that they're exactly the kind of company I want to give my business to.
