We had an alarm system fitted last week. Laura dealt efficiently and quickly with all correspondence and questions, and Phil was professional in both assessing requirements and fitting. Overall, an excellent service from a friendly team; the right level of protection was achieved at a reasonable price.

After a neighbour suffered a distressing break in and burglary we decided that we should upgrade our 20 year old alarm system. We asked 4 alarm companies to assess our system and quote us to replace it. We had no hesitation in choosing Phil from Regency Fire And Security to install the new system and we are delighted we did so.
Phil arrived punctually at the arranged time he was extremely professional but friendly and obviously very experienced and knowledgable. He left the property clean and tidy with minimal mess and disruption. After fitting the new system he patiently went through it with us and ensured that we were happy with how to operate before he left. Phil also reassured that he was available 24/7 for any help or advise we might need.

Regency Fire and Security are amazing!!

They upgraded my old alarm system to a new wireless system, they also installed a brilliant camera doorbell, this doorbell is amazing, it notifies me with a phone call and a photo of the person calling, I can even have a two way conversation with the person at my door where ever I am!! The door bell is wired to the mains so very secure.

So....I was so taken aback by their great work and professionalism I had them back for a second time. Today they fitted 3 outside security cameras, again wireless and perfectly positioned.

All 3 products I have had installed can be operated from my smart phone remotely. Brilliant service and one that’s made me feel very safe and secure.
