Fantastic service. Had a very difficult situation with the owner of the house that is suffering with dementia and had locked all his inner doors and lost the keys. The locksmith...(sorry did not get his name.) was very kind and patient with the owner who was breathing over the locksmith neck at every turn, and was adamant that the locksmith and myself would not converse. Many of the locks were so stiff that the handles had to be removed.
The owner of the home was very difficult yet the locksmith was professional and kind. And a great sense of humor.
