I had a key cut and shop moaned at me for wanting to use a card and cheekily suggested its the law to have at least£ 10 on me (maybe I should have come in a horse and cart)

Excellent customer service right from the start.

Right from the first visit from A1, and I can honestly say every time I make a phone call asking questions, you always receive a reply and the staff are always prepared to go that extra mile.

The engineers on the day of the installation were very polite fully explained exactly what they were doing, and made sure that I was fully happy.

The installation was completed to a excellent standard and the team left are home tidy. After the installation was completed the staff took the time to explain how to set and unset our new system.

Thank you to all involved. And I fully recommend A1 at Petersfield to look after our home.

Do not use this company! We had absolutely disastrous experience. The gate has not been working properly for over eight moths (even with the company supposedly fixing it over numerous visits, and charging us unnecessarily). This has caused massive inconvenience (rubbish not collected, parcels not delivered,dogs running away). The only thing this company is brilliant at is sending bills for such an atrocious service - charging us even if the gate broke the same time they came to fix it! We have had an awful experience with this company and would highly recommend not to use them if you would like to save time, money and inconvenience.

A1 Security systems fitted an alarm at my Business some 10 years ago and to my home 5 years ago, with a service contract, we are very happy with their service and recommend them to all!.

We have used A1 Security Systems for years and found them helpful and responsive. One of our alarm sensors had an issue this week and they were out and resolved it within a few hours. No fuss or bother.

After having bought the so-called "top of the line" alarm, we still ca't use it. So may call-outs and faults in the system. Almost pointless having it.
