Mike and team always provide me with a great service, prompt and neat and good prices.

I use this company myself to provide all of the security system at my home and my business Premises. In addition I have used Dragon Security to deal with the alarm system on my mothers property. Their customer service is excellent. On every occasion they have been able to make recommendations on the security system most suited to my needs. Having obtained a number of comparison quotes I have always found that Dragon Security provide a first class service with very competitive prices. I would say they get 10 out of 10.

We had our alarm fitted 3 years ago, the alarm was in good working condition but we wanted to get it serviced to ensure it wouldn’t develop any faults. We also didn’t have an emergency contact if we had any issues. I spoke to Dragon via their Facebook chat, they were quick to respond and booked us in for a service. The engineer who called was very professional, gave us advice on the batteries. I was very pleased with the service, we are now booked in for an annual service + have an emergency contact if needed. Very pleased, will defo recommend.
They also do electrical work, which is handy as getting an electrician can be very difficult.

We decided it was time for an intruder system and Dragon made it simple.

From the first call to the final training it was a pleasure to work with them.

Staff were polite and helpful and the system is simple and easy to use.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Dragon Security. From the first contact we were struck by how friendly, helpful and customer- focussed the staff are. The install went ahead exactly as planned with the installer arriving promptly. The work was done quickly and cleanly with the installer then taking all the time needed to answer all our questions and ensure that we were happy with how to use the equipment before he left. Frankly it has been a refreshing change to be able to deal with a company that is so obviously invested in the long term satisfaction of its customers. For that reason we would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for ongoing servicing and any future security upgrades.

From initial contact through to installation and follow up, this company were incredibly helpful and instilled enormous confidence through their knowledge of the products, how they can best be used and installed. The guys who installed the security system were courteous, friendly and tidy workers. They made sure that we understood and could operate the system and were very patient with all of our questions. The follow up call from the office on the next day was a welcome service as they checked that we were happy and reinforced the fact that they were available to help if needed. We would wholeheartedly recommend Dragon Security and electrical for their outstanding service.

My experience with Dragon was fantastic from start to finish. All of the staff I liaised with were really friendly and helpful from all departments 😀

We will definitely use Dragon again for any of our security needs as the quality of service and their equipment is brilliant.

I would take the one star away if possible .
My wife got us a quote which in itself was a bit on the steep side, but we decided to go with it until we were informed we would have to sign a contract, and the stumbling point and unprofessional part was we would have to put up a 50% deposit which would be £1000 plus. It rang all sorts of danger bells with myself as I owned my own roofing company and not once did I ask any customer, or anybody I had given a quote to, for a deposit of any amount let alone50%, this is a company to stay well away from in my professional opinion.

Since I posted this review the owner of Dragon security and electrical has phoned my wife to say that the deposit was, and I quote" insurance for us incase they were to go bankrupt" he is now saying something else with his reply to my review? We have also had a quote from a company from Wrexham, the owner of that company Detterant security systems, drove down to my property on a Sunday and walked round the property with me and spent the time to find out all about the property and our perticular requirements. The quote I was given by Dragon security and electrical was done off a photo of the property and no questions such as is it a stone or brick property were asked, which if they were I would have told them it was a stone property, so the unprofessional statement is solid and true. I suggest you accept the review and stop digging.
