Universal's customer service is excellent and after trying other installers I would not hesitate to use Universal again. They were on time, helpful and the installed the system without any trouble. I highly recommend them!

Secured my recording studio in Beaconsfield - started and finished on time and very reasonable with it.

Needed some work on a door, self closing device renewal and at least one glass pain. Called more than once. They are just around the corner and have been putting stickers on my shutters and cards through my letterbox for years. Except that when I called them, office hours, during the week, they said "Nobody available to speak to you, best to send an email." Sent email as directed and nearly two months later I think they're not going to reply.

Will never use again !!

Installed an excellent system at my home in St Giles. The engineer was polite and very professional.
