I popped in on the off-chance that they could explain why my cars remote key unit wouldn't start the engine and advise me about a new key. The gentleman who helped me was a star, he reprogrammed the key and sorted the issue within 15 minutes. As a bonus it was only £35 for the new chip (I'd had an online quote for £320!).
